The steel used is the highly hard and beloved Aogami Super carbon steel laminated with 2 layers of softer steel. The blades are very thin and come exceptionally sharp. Thanks to the thin blades, the knife cuts very well, and the hard powdered steel ensures that the knife retains its sharpness for a long time. However, these delicate blades should be handled with care as they can easily be damaged when cutting through hard particles.
This is a very beautiful and high-performance knife that any true knife enthusiast will love!
