The smell of genuine leather is wonderful and the design is well thought out. The knife roll is closed with thick leather straps and can then be carried with the handle or by the included shoulder strap. In addition to knives, there is a large compartment for utensils, for example tweezers and sharpening steel. It also includes a small case in suede to keep track of smaller things such as the herb scissors or the peeler.
