Muneishi is a handmade knife in carbon steel (aogami#2) with cladding in soft iron. It is nice and thin, and offers alot of performance for its price. 

This knife is not stainless and needs to be kept dry to avoid corrosion over time. The upside is that its very easy to sharpen and it takes a very keen edge.
