A very special knife made by Nakagawa san, one of the most skilled blacksmiths in Sakai, Japan. After working for 16 years as a blacksmith for Shiraki, Nakagawa has now become independent. He has certainly taken the knife world by storm and he is a very popular blacksmith. He forges his blades according to classic Japanese forging techniques and the blade is of the highest imaginable quality. In this knife, the carbon steel aogami#1 is used, which takes a scary sharp edge. It has a pleasant weight and fits like a glove in the hand. The edge itself is very thin and the knife cuts fantastically well.
