Blade length: 280 mm

A long and very practical bread knife from the Japanese maker Nisaku. The knife has a slightly curved and wave-toothed blade that cuts very finely through the bread. The blade has also been sharpened with a shinogi line, which makes the lower part of the blade thin and fine.

The handle is made of walnut.

The design is very practical as the handle comes up a bit from the cutting board. There is therefore no risk of hitting your knuckles on the bench.
