The immensely popular blacksmith Shiro Kamo has developed a new series using Aogami Super carbon steel paired with octagonal walnut handles. The core steel is clad in two layers of stainless steel to further improve rust resistance.
⚠️ Note: Aogami Super is a carbon steel and not stainless. Also, the edge is very thin and delicate. This knife should be treated like a precision instrument and is not suited for cutting through hard materials or anything that may stress the edge.
