A premium Japanese chef's knife, gyuto, with a 212 mm long blade.
The Kurokaze series is a wonderful Japanese chef's knife with substantial weight and beautiful forge. The distal taper is especially impressive with a very thick spine that tapers out very nicely. The edge is really thin and the out of box sharpness is amazing. We strongly recommend this model if you are looking for a gyuto with nice weight and a flat profile.
