Handmade handle in ebony with bolster in red padauk. The shape is rounded underneath and octagonal at the top. The size is suitable for medium-sized knives, such as santoku, nakiri and gyuto knives with blades measuring 160-210 mm.

For installation: The handle has a pre-drilled hole that is 8 mm in diameter. You need to adjust the height of this hole to fit the tang of the knife you are going to install. This is most conveniently done with a needle scraper or likewise. When the fit is good, glue the tange and let the knife dry.
