Shiun VG-10 is an incredibly affordable knife made from the hard stainless steel VG-10. The blade is thin and fine, and the knife comes with an impressive sharpness. The finish on the blade is called tsuchime, a hammered texture that gives a rustic impression. This is enhanced by the oak handle, which has been partially charred to a dark finish.
