Sujihiki K-tip


Sujihiki knife with 232 mm long blade (measured from tip to heel). This is such a nimble knife. Its a little shorter than your average sujihiki, has a thin and delicate edge and well rounded spine and choil. This a a dream knife if you are looking for a high performance laser with great fit and finish. This model has a K-tip that helps provide blade height and a flat profile.

Tetsujin hamono is a forge located in Kocho prefecture in Japan. Tetsujin is a collaboration between blacksmith Toru Tamura and grinder Naohito Myojin. He forging is extremely fine caliber in the classic Sakai spirit. The knife is robust in hand, but with a delicate edge with just the right edge flex.
