Tetsujin Hamono is a forge located in Kocho Prefecture, Japan. Tetsujin is a collaboration between the smith Tooru Tamura and the sharpener Tateo Myojin. Together, they manufacture premium knives in the carbon steel Aogami#2. The forging is extremely finely calibrated in the classic Sakai style.
The knife has a comfortable weight and fits perfectly in the hand. The edge itself is very thin, and the knife cuts exceptionally well.
