Note: The threaded nuts that are used to tighten the stone ARE NOT STAINLESS. Its silly we know... The threaded rod is stainless however. If you are concerned about rust, please remove the nuts after sharpening and dry them separately. We have noticed that they tend to rust. We dont pay any special attention to it and we are fine with seeing some rust over time.
