Moribashi are traditional Japanese serving chopsticks used for precision work in the kitchen, especially when plating sushi, sashimi, and other dishes where accuracy is important.

The blades are made of stainless steel, which provides good resistance to corrosion and patina. The handles and the included saya are also made of ebony, a hard and dimensionally stable wood with a long tradition in Japanese craftsmanship.

Moribashi are delivered in a textile case with classic ties, for storage and transport.

Available in lengths of 150 mm, 165 mm and 170 mm, adapted for different types of plating tasks – from detailed work to larger components.
