Tsunehisa Houseki is a very beautiful knife series that has polished blades in damascus steel, paired with an enju handle in a classic Japanese design. Houseki means 'gemstones' in Japanese and it is easy to think of jewels when you see this beautiful piece of art. The steel is called A10 which is a hard stainless steel that is very similar to VG-10 (hardness 61 HRC).
