Diamond paste 6 micron

DMT Dia-Paste™ is an oil-based diamond paste for polishing and finishing on stropping blocks, leather, or other flat surfaces. The paste helps you create a sharper and more durable edge with a highly polished finish and reduced cutting resistance. Perfect as the final step after sharpening on whetstones, or for ongoing maintenance between sharpenings. The diamond paste works excellently for kitchen knives, razors, woodworking tools, and other precision tools where maximum sharpness and finish are desired.

Diapaste is available in 3 grits, which can be purchased individually or as a set. All come in practical 2-gram syringes:

• 6 micron / 4000 mesh – Removes fine scratches and provides initial polishing
• 3 micron / 8000 mesh – Builds a shiny and very sharp edge
• 1 micron / 15000 mesh – For a mirror-polished finish and maximum sharpness

Apply a small amount of paste to a stropping block or other flat surface. Then draw the edge over the surface with a controlled angle and light pressure until the desired result is achieved.
