The Flame Boning Knife from Mcusta Zanmai is a 16.5 cm boning knife with a beautiful handle made of red pakka wood. The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core with a hardness of 60-62 HRC.

The red pakka wood handle provides a very comfortable grip and is secured with three rivets, one of which is beautifully mosaic-decorated. The bottom part of the handle is flat and can be used, for example, to crush garlic and similar tasks in the kitchen.

Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.
