Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series by master blacksmith Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means “Dragon’s Fang” in Japanese). The knife features 32 layers of Damascus steel surrounding a core of hard, stainless VG-10 steel (61–62 HRC). Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with exceptional performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge.

This knife is made entirely by hand, offers outstanding quality, and features a classic Japanese design.

Keep in mind that the edge is hard and thin. Never force the edge through ingredients, as this can easily damage it. This is a precision instrument and should be used with care.
