Ryuga 龍牙 is a hand-forged knife series from master Shiro Kamo (Ryuga means 'dragon's fang' in Japanese). The knife features 32 layers of Damascus steel with an inner core of hard stainless VG10 steel (61-62 HRC). Shiro Kamo always delivers knives with the highest possible performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to razor-sharpness. This is a knife made entirely by hand, boasting supreme quality and classic Japanese design.

Please note that the edge is hard and thin. You should never force the edge through ingredients, as damage to the edge can easily occur. It is a precision instrument that should be used with care.
