A professional mandoline of the highest quality for slicing vegetables up to 122 mm in width.

The blade has stepless adjustment from 0.5 to 10 mm, providing full control over slice thickness. The blade is hand-sharpened and maintains a very high sharpness for precise and even cuts.

A finger guard is included and should always be used for maximum safety.

The mandoline is easy to disassemble for cleaning, and hand washing is recommended to preserve its sharpness.
