1. Moisten before use: Lightly moisten the surface of the cutting board before each use. This helps prevent stains and ensures your board remains in top condition.

2. Gentle Cleaning: Clean the cutting board with a mild and gentle cleaning product. Then wipe with a towel and let it air dry (avoid direct sunlight).

3. Not Dishwasher Safe: Please note that hinoki wood cutting boards are not suitable for dishwashers. Handwashing is recommended to extend their lifespan.
   

4. Store the cutting board flat: As hinoki is a soft wood, it tends to warp slightly if not placed on a flat surface.
