Magnetic leather strip

The frame consists of black-stained oak covered in black, vegetable-tanned leather.

The handmade and sturdy magnetic knife strip from Piotr the Bear exudes both authority and rustic elegance. The strip measures 600 x 54 mm and comes with suitable screws and a drilling template.

Over time, the strip will age gracefully as the leather develops a patina. Remember to always attach the knife with the spine first, then angle the blade into place. If you insert the blade first, it will create a small cut mark on the strip. Minor marks on the leather almost disappear if you rub in a little grease, so it's not a disaster if there are some marks here and there. The idea is for this to be a rustic and solid strip that fits perfectly into a French kitchen alongside brick walls, copper pots, and a gas stove.
