A mandoline from Japanese Benriner, known for its high quality. The mandoline both slices and juliennes vegetables. Stepless adjustment of the straight blade, from 0.5 mm to 70 mm. The blade is hand-sharpened with first-class sharpness. Comes with three interchangeable blades for shredding and julienne in three thicknesses. Underneath there is an anti-slip pad for easier use, and the mandoline has a foot that allows it to rest against a bowl so that the thin slices fall directly into the bowl. A finger guard is included and should be used for your safety.
