Nakiri, vegetable knife, with a 16.5 cm long blade.

Gashin is an extremely affordable knife with a very thin blade and polished finish. The knife is machine-made from AUS8a stainless steel and has a rosewood handle.

Because the edge is so thin, it is easy to sharpen it to a very keen edge. If you are looking for a simple knife with high performance, this is an excellent choice!
