Tetsujin Hamono is a forge located in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. Tetsujin is a collaboration between blacksmith Tooru Tamura and sharpener Tateo Myojin. Together they make premium knives in the carbon steel Aogami #2. The forging is extremely refined, in the classic Sakai spirit.
The knife has a pleasant weight and feels as though it was cast to fit the hand. The edge is very thin, and the knife cuts exceptionally well.
